Yes, you can book flight with any type of local or international cards, debit or credit.
In case of date change/re-issue of the ticket for a child who will be crossing the child age to adult (as per airline policy) in the new travel date, a new charge of the ticket will be the difference of airfare, plus date change fee of an adult along with any other charges applicable as per airline policy.
Cancellation and refund policies differ from airlines to airlines. However, if your purchased flight can be canceled, we will charge you as per the airline policy, plus a service fee of BDT 500 per PAX for international Air Tickets and BDT 300 per PAX for Bangladeshi domestic Air Tickets. We will be following the airlines refund policy. Airline has the right to change any policy at any time, SHUVO Air Service has no control on airline's policy.
Change of date depends on the airline policy. If the airline allows changing of the flight date we charge airlines date change fee plus the fare difference of your changed date from a previously purchased date and a service fee of BDT 500 per PAX for any international Air Ticket and BDT 300 per PAX for any Bangladeshi domestic Air Ticket. Airline has the right to change any policy at any time, SHUVO Air Service has no control on airline's policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will immediately be submitted to our bank. From the submission/refund date Airlines generally, take up to 15 working days to process the refund payment and transfer the funds into a customer’s account. Please note, some airliens can take up to 10-12 working weeks or until the next billing cycle. The refund should be converted to your portal and local currency. Refund Modality: The company will refund the money exactly the way it received. The Refund process will be the same as per the Payment modality. However, claiming refunds for any purchases made through MFS (Mobile Financial Services) e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket etc will incur a service/cash-out charge which has to be borne by the customer. The charge amount will vary according to the MFS availed during the purchase.

In case of voluntary Cancelled (International), The total charge for date change includes the airline's date change fee plus the Fare difference of your changed date from a previously purchased date and our service fee of BDT 500 per PAX and for a refund service fee of BDT 1500 for any international Air Ticket In case of a Flight Cancelled by Airlines and Voluntary Cancellation (Domestic), SHUVO Air Service's refund service fee is BDT 500 per PAX and the date change service fee is BDT 200 per PAX. We will be following the airlines refund policy. Airline has the right to change any policy at any time, SHUVO Air Service has no control on airline's policy.
We are sorry to inform that, it is not possible for us to book the flight tickets for you. You need to purchase the tickets online instantly by paying the amount.
We do not send hard copy receipts by post. We will send you an E-mail containing all of your booking details and confirmation. But if you want a hard-copy then you can come to our office and we will provide the hard-copy for you.
If you make online purchase through your card then for Visa and MasterCard 2.5% bank charge will be added and for Amex 3% bank charge will be added.

Airfare fluctuates without prior notice according to airlines policy. Unless you purchase the flight we cannot assure you that the airfare will remain the same.
Please let us know where you need the wheelchair. The cost of it will vary depending on the airport. After getting the information we will contact the concerned person to know the cost.
You may know the baggage of a particular flight from our website. Simply search for your desired flight and then click book now. You’ll find a section called Baggage Policy in the booking page.
You have to pay the price difference if the fare of your booked ticket goes up. Otherwise, we will refund you the amount.
For LCC flights, users must upload copy of their valid passport, visa & other necessary documents while issuing the tickets to avoid cancellation from the respective Airlines. (For example: Indigo, Air Arabia, Salam Air, etc.)
